Bailu

Jing Yuan is certainly considered a lazy general, but his combat abilities are superior to most of the AoE characters in the game. He deals massive Lightning damage to multiple enemies and can buff it using his ultimate ability. Hence, he can be a phenomenal DPS unit in a team that makes use of a buffer to push his damage even further.
Arlan
Arlan is the head of the Herta Space Station’s security department. He has a dutiful personality, which stems from his goal to protect everyone around him. Despite being a serious person, he wears a smile on his face while holding his beloved dog, Peppy.
In Honkai Star Rail, Arlan is a glass cannon DPS unit who deals massive damage at the cost of his own HP. Moreover, his abilities allow him hit a targeted enemy and anyone adjacent to them. Thus, he can be an extremely potent addition to the team when backed up with a dedicated healer.
Tingyun
Tingyun’s official description suggests that she is the Head Representative of the ‘Whistling Flames’ merchant guild. Moreover, she is good with her words, which allows her to captivate her audience.
Players who have Tingyun should consider themselves lucky, as she is one of the meta-support units in the game. Her Lightning damage is surely good against shields, but her value comes from her buffs that increases the ATK and energy recharge of allies.
Serval
Lastly, Serval is another 4-star unit who manifests the power of Lightning through her love for rock ‘n’ roll. She is the rebellious daughter of the Landau family of Belobog and the hoist of the “Neverwinter” workshop.
Serval is one of the few characters that players should build at the beginning of their Honkai Star Rail journey. She harnesses electrifying AoE abilities which allow her to break multiple shields using her ultimate ability.
