Diablo 4 is the latest action RPG title developed by Bizzard Entertainment. The full game is set to release on June 6, 2023, however, it currently has an early access version for fans who have pre-purchased the game. Other players can also try out the game during the open beta, which kick-off on March 24, 9 am PDT onwards.
The latest RPG title will also be testing new multiplayer features for the franchise, including the option for couch co-op. Blizzard Entertainment first introduced the feature during the reveal of Diablo 4. This means players who own the game can access it all from the same console.
This feature is pretty exciting for the fans, as they can invite their friends over and play the game together to have a good time. This guide will be telling players how they can use the couch co-op option in Diablo 4 to play the game.
Diablo 4 concise couch co-op guide
It is to be noted that the couch co-op feature is only exclusive to consoles and not available on PC. So, you can use this feature on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. However, Blizzard might be able to bring this feature to PC in the future, since the platform is capable.
Nonetheless, to use this feature on consoles, all you have to do is connect an additional gamepad or controller to your console. Diablo 4 will automatically detect the newly connected controller and ask you to start the game with your couch pal.
By playing the game with a co-op friend, you are eligible to get a 5% bonus on experience points received. However, this bonus is doubled to 10% if you are in close proximity to your party member. Making couch co-op a fun and fast way to level up faster in the new RPG title by Blizzard Entertainment.
