Capcom has recently released the Chainsaw demo for the Resident Evil 4 remake. For the long-time fans of the series, having a remake of one of the best games in the franchise is a big thing. As a huge amount of gamers are into cloud gaming, they are asking questions like if the Resident Evil 4 remake will be available on Xbox Game Pass.
The short answer is no, we still do not know anything about it coming to Xbox Game Pass. There have been no subsequent announcements regarding the same, nor Capcom has released any official notice. We can also assume that Sony will have custody over it as multiple trailers were out in the PlayStation events. But still, there is no announcement for a PlayStation Plus release too.

Xbox Game Pass is one of the best cloud gaming services out there. It is run by a collaboration of Xbox and Microsoft through a monthly subscription. Many gamers have opted for gaming this way, rather than buying games. Thus the fans of Resident Evil 4 were looking forward to the remake being available in this service too. But as mentioned earlier, there has been no such notice from Capcom. Xbox or Microsoft have not yet said anything about it either. Thus it is unlikely that the game will be included with the Xbox Game Pass. Also, none of the Resident Evil games are available on Xbox Game Pass.

As mentioned earlier, none of the Resident Evil games are available on Xbox Game Pass. But several are available on PlayStation Plus. This might suggest that Capcom somewhere prefers this to be a better destination for Resident Evil games than Xbox. So there is a chance that the Resident Evil 4 remake will come to PlayStation Plus, but it is unlikely to be included in the Xbox Game Pass, at least just yet.
But no announcements from Capcom or either of the other two companies have been made regarding this matter.
