With each new poster, the excitement for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse increases exponentially. The Into the Spider-Verse sequel promises to introduce a whopping number of fresh Spider-Man characters from comics and video games to the big screen.

New Miles Morales poster
The new poster for Across the Spider-Verse shows Miles Morales hanging upside down in his black and red Spider-Man suit. This poster has been going viral mainly thanks to the staggering lineup of the Spider-Verse characters in the background.
- Apart from previously revealed Spider-Man variations such as Oscar Isaac’s Spider-Man 2099 and Issa Rae’s Spider-Woman, we finally get a look at Daniel Kaluuya’s Spider-Punk as well as Scarlet Spider.
- The Indian version of Spider-Man called Pavitr Prabhakar is officially revealed alongside other exciting versions such as the Spectacular Spider-Man and Spider-Man Unlimited.
- Spectacular Spider-Man was a hit when it premiered on Disney XD back in 2009. Disney and Spider-Man have had a tough relationship mainly thanks to the MCU Spider-Man but this seems promising.

In the poster released before the trailer, Miles Morales and Spider-Gwen watch over an inverted city landscape, sitting upside down.
- At the official after party of Across the Spider-Verse’s trailer, character sketch posters were revealed for Spider-Punk, Pavitr Prabhakar and Spider-Woman.

- Another official poster showed Miles Morales in the middle of action against villain The Spot, voiced by Jason Schwartzman.
Across the Spider-Verse trailer
Earlier last week, the official trailer for Across the Spider-Verse dropped and blew the minds of Spider-Man fans.
- Miles Morales (Shameik Moore), Peter B Parker (Jake Johnson), and Spider-Gwen (Hailee Steinfeld) return to the Spider-Verse in search of unexplored universes and an unstoppable villain in Spider-Man 2099.
- Apart from the characters in the posters, Across the Spider-Verse trailer features new additions such as Bombastic Bagman, Spider-Man Zero from Fortnite, a PlayStation Spider-Man as well as Spideys in Insomniac Games’ Spider-Armor MK I, II and III.
- Other wacky Spideys include a Mangaverse Spider-Man inspired by Japan, Spider-Monkey, and even a Werewolf Spider-Man.

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse will be released in two parts, directed by Kemp Powers, Joaquim dos Santos, and Justin K. Thompson. Part One releases on June 2, 2023.
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse takes place in six different universes and includes 240 characters. However, creator Christopher Miller has promised that the story will remain emotionally rooted in Miles and Gwen’s lives.
