Apex Legends: Emergence, All New Details

Apex Legends Emergence, All New Details, Character Buffs

Apex Legends: Emergence (Season 10) is all set to launch pretty soon, and we’ve been receiving all sort of information regarding it. A few days ago, it was granted an official trailer, which revolved entirely around a new character Seer. We have covered everything we know about him in our previous articles.

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to know much about the fate of existing characters but now we have some fresh information. Most of this information pertains to Fuse and Caustic’s character buffs, which will make them more useful. Let’s look at them in detail.

Fuse

As of now, Fuse has received the biggest tweak among all information we have regarding Season 10. His Knuckle Dusters tactical has been increased significantly and will now last twice as long. Apart from that his Motherlode Ultimate will now also highlight enemies trapped in the radius. Earlier it just used to create a ring of fire. So, these upgrades do make him much more useful, and you might want to test him out in Season 10.

Caustic

Respawn has also showered some of its love on Caustic by increasing his damage and making a few more modifications. Toxic gas will now increase damage output as time goes on, starting at 5 and ticking up by 1 every other second as players spend more time in the cloud. Also, no maximum damage cap has been put on the effect of gas. Along with that, his toxic gas grenade will dissipate five seconds earlier than before. This will limit the duration his ultimate can deny areas. Again, these modifications make him at least worth a trial.

Horizon

Horizon will also be getting a cool buff. His air maneuverability while using Gravity Lift will be increased. It will now be somewhat closer to what it was in Season 7, but it won’t be a total revert.

Revenant

A minor modification will be added to Revenant as well. Apparently, enemies will now be able to hear a unique sound when Revenant’s Death Totem expires for his team. Obviously, it isn’t a buff but a nerf which makes prevents him from being overpowered.

Other Details

In the gameplay trailer released by Respawn yesterday, we also got to know a few other things:

  • The trailer saw Seer in action, and we got know how his abilities will look like and operate in the game.
  • From what we saw, Rampage LMG can be boosted with Thermite Grenades to increase its fire rate. Also, Rampage LMG can even shoot down doors, so that’s a big deal.
  • It could be clearly seen from the gameplay trailer that the World’s Edge is on fire!

Apex Legends: Emergence is all set to release on August 3, 2021. Hopefully, we’ll see some official patch notes being released in the coming days. So yeah 3rd August, Save the Date!
