The new trailer, which is part of the wider “Stories from the Outlands” series focusing on Apex Legends history, reveals how Mad Maggie got involved with the Apex Games in the first place. Mad Maggie may be familiar to long-time players due to her former association with Fuse and her takeover of the map when he was first introduced.

Respawn Entertainment, the creators of Apex Legends, has revealed that Season 12 of the popular free-to-play video game will be released on February 8th. Season 12 will officially introduce Mad Maggie to the playable roster of Legends, under the title “Defiance,” like with previous seasons for the video game.

Margaret “Mad Maggie” Kohere

Margaret “Mad Maggie” Kohere is from Salvo, a war-torn world where she grew up with Fuse, a demolitions expert featured in season 8. She took part in Salvo’s uprising against the Syndicate, who promised Salvo peace in exchange for joining the alliance. They did, and Fuse ended up in the Apex Games as a result.

It’s also how Mad Maggie ends up there. Maggie is told she would be punished at the Apex Games. This doesn’t appear to be a difficult time for her.

  • Mad Maggie is “a cutthroat punk-rock warlord and the Outlands’ meanest mad-lass”. This is a  description from Respawn Entertainment and Electronic Arts. Apex Legends gamers fighting on Storm Point over the weekend were witnesses.
  • This is to some certain in-game events that helped introduce the new fighter. A massive fight rages above Storm Point, and a piece of spaceship land on the North Pad. After which, following an explosion. The Salvo symbol, Mad Maggie’s calling card, is on the debris.
