UPDATE: The new Assassin’s Creed game, is indeed, Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. The World Premiere Trailer drops today at 8:30 pm IST.

In a quick update in the series of events following the reveal of the next Assassin’s Creed game, Ubisoft has registered the domain name for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

Gandi.net is Ubisoft’s registrar. All domains including ubisoft.com, assassinscreed.com, and even assassinscreedorigins.com are registered with Gandi.net. Yesterday, the domain assassinscreedvalhalla.com was registered with Gandi.net, which could mean the next Assassin’s Creed game is called Assassin’s Creed Valhalla.

Ubisoft won’t register any other associated domains unless they plan on using it. Even assassinscreedkingdom.com, Kingdom, as we know, is the codename for the new game. Ubisoft hasn’t registered that domain name. Instead, out of all the possible names, Ubisoft has only registered Valhalla.

We’re still waiting for BossLogic to finish the magnificent artwork so that we get an official confirmation on the name. It is, however, safe to assume that the game is, indeed, Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla.
