While the first season is picked up by Mappa which is known for powerhouse anime like Attack on Titan, Jujutsu Kaisen, etc, it seems the studio is all geared for this new horror action. The thing about Mappa is that they have only recently grown into the powerhouses they are. With their distinctive clean edge flat-out refined animation style that reflects Manga art in its finest glory, the studio stands tall amidst an array of rising CGI working studios. Although Mappa is not completely devoid of it either, one can expect top-tier animation for the Chainsaw Man Anime as it releases on October 11 and Oct 12 for streaming sites.
