Kate Moss, Johnny Depp’s ex-girlfriend, will testify in the defamation trial of Amber Heard and Johnny Depp on Wednesday. Given that Depp’s team of lawyers has been preparing for this moment, her presence in the trial is highly anticipated.
It has been revealed by insiders close to Depp that Moss would appear via video conference in Fairfax, Virginia, to testify about the alleged violent relationship he had with Moss throughout their relationship in the 1990s, which was highlighted by Amber during one of her testimonies.

An incident in which Depp allegedly “swung” at Whitney Henriquez as she was standing near the stairs was referred to in court during Heard’s testimony. It’s worth noting that Heard was the catalyst for the model’s involvement in the case. When she described an argument between Depp and her sister, Heard claimed it “reminded” her of a story that Depp supposedly shoved Moss down the stairs.

Because of Heard’s statements, the model’s inclusion in the list of witnesses was hailed by Depp’s legal team in court, given that Moss reportedly never claimed that such a thing happened. In the past, Moss has claimed that she and the actor had a good relationship. The reference made, nevertheless, permitted the model to be presented as a rebuttal witness to Heard’s claims.
