“The Lord of the Frenzied Flame” is a strange ending path that leads deep underground to terrifying dungeons. And if you choose to take it, there’s no turning back. If you choose this path, everyone will be your opponent.
If you’ve spent any time in the Lands Between, you’ve almost certainly come across references to the Frenzied Flame. The Frenzied Flame is a profane ceremony performed by persecuted people who have built up a vast terror to spread their vengeance.

Reach the Subterranean Shunning Grounds deep beneath in Leyndell, the Royal Capitol.

This dungeon is located in Leyndell’s deep underground sewers/catacombs. There are a number of tunnels beneath the surface.
After you’ve defeated the boss, go after the wall behind the altar.

Inside, you’ll find a strange mausoleum crammed with hundreds of merchants who are wailing in pain. Frenzy is a unique insane status effect caused by the only living creatures here. You’ll take a lot of damage if Frenzy fills up.

Fall down the coffins to reach the Frenzied Flame Proscription location of grace inside the dungeon. Make use of the Site of Grace and speak with the Maiden.
Sounds of Flame
Remove all of your armor to open the door at the end of the path. When you approach the door with all of your armor stripped, a choice will appear. You may now open. There is no going back once you step through the door. You’re stuck on the final road from here on out.
Go inside to get the scorch marks of the Three Fingers on your body. The markings will appear on you if you are not wearing armor. The Frenzied Flame is what it’s called.
Instead of the maiden, you can now burn yourself at the Forge of the Giants. At the site of grace on the forge itself, select “Listen to the sounds of flame.”
Simply follow the standard path until the finale. After defeating the boss of Crumbling Farum Azula, return to Leyndell and enter the Erdtree to become the Elden Lord. If you defeat the final bosses, the world will be in chaos in the frenzy ending.

What happens if you already done the ending without doing the frenzy flame
So after I was touched by the three fingers I went to the forge of the giants and the option to burn myself is not there?
