Fortnite: Best Landing Spots (Chapter 3, Season 2)

In this article, we discuss the best landing spots you may want to explore early on for loots and gears. Enjoy!

When the land flipped upside down at the start of Chapter 3, it underwent a total makeover. The majority of the Places of interest and sites remain the same, but there will be a line indicating which areas are under the control of the Imagined Order and which are under the control of The Seven.

Best Landing Spots (Chapter 3, Season 2)

Season 2 of Fortnite has changed up the landscape again, with a combination of different spots to explore. Here are some of the top places to land for gear.

LOCATION
DESCRIPTION
Camp Cuddle
  • Camp Cuddle is out of the way for a nice landing point that’s why it’s a good strategic location.
  • There are enough items to get going and lots of fishing opportunities.
  • This is the landing location for those looking for a calmer, more relaxed during the initial stage of the game.

Chonker’s Speedway
  • Chonker’s Speedway, essentially a big racecourse bordered by structures ideal for looting, is one of the nicest POIs in the Fortnite Chapter 3 area.
  • There are a lot of normal Chests in the area, as well as a Seven Outpost down the road with 3 Supply Chests.
  • Also, a wonderful area to arrive because a set of racing vehicles with off-road tires will spawn here. These are ideal for navigating the island’s rough terrain.

Pawntoon
  • The ‘Loot Boat,’ also known as Pawntoon. Cargo Chests with high-tier weaponry and healing goods can be found on this evasive boat, which resembles a little sailing ship.
  • It’s continually moving so your odds of locating it are small. Because the loot boat never appears on the island’s lakes or rivers, landing along the shore is your safest bet.

Sanctuary
  • There are normally no other people in the region, and once you’re there, you can pick off explorers as they swim to the islands.
  • The islands themselves are brimming with useful items. On the southeastern island, there’s even a Seven Outpost.

Shifty Shafts
  • This zone may not have the most stuff, but it’s ideal for people who wish to play cautiously.
  • It’s also a wonderful place to collect all 3 construction supplies, with lots of wildlife spawns nearby if you want a challenge, and just enough chests buried throughout the tunnels.

The Daily Bugle
  • The Daily Bugle is one of the most profitable POIs on the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 map, with Chests to be found.
  • Landing here is significantly less dangerous, and there will be less competition for the best weaponry.
  • The massive building is a maze, perfect for hiding or simply stockpiling some items.
  • Because the Bugle is towards the map’s edge, you shouldn’t spend too much time here.

Tilted Towers
  • It’s a classic spot with the most Chests on the entire map.
  • Tilted Towers is under the control of the Imagined Order, which means there’s an IO Airship above with siege cannons and bonus loot, as well as a tank spawn nearby that’s ideal for delivering damage.
