Arcane Jinx, the character from League of Legends, has officially joined the Fortnite roster. Coming as a partnership between Epic Games and Riot Games, this will be only the second time that a League of Legends character has made an appearance in another game universe. It would have been the first, except that on Tuesday, Riot announced a crossover event with PUBG Mobile.
The crossover is stated to be part of the marketing push as Riot Games gears up for the release of Arcane, the League of Legends-based show on the Netflix platform. The show will feature Jinx and her sister Vi as they survive in the twin cities of Piltover and Zaun.
Jinx’s skin is available on the Fortnite Item Shop from the 4th of November at 8 PM ET. The Arcane Jinx Outfit will be available along with the Arcane: League of Legends Set. It will include the following items.
- Arcane Jinx Outfit
- Jinx’s Dream Monkey Back Bling
- Pow Pow Crusher Pickaxe
- Playground (Instrumental) Lobby Track
The Lobby Track brings the Arcane original soundtrack, giving you a feeling of plating within the world of Piltover.
Players can purchase the Arcane Jinx bundle, which will consist of all the items along with three loading screens, the Jinxed Spray, the Wreaking Havoc, and the Katchoo! Loading Screens.
