Fortnite’s tournament is always trilling the players. Moreover, they get a suitable platform to show their potential and skills in return they also get rewarded.
PlayStation cup
- Are you guys excited to know the exact date of the tournament? So without testing your patience This Fortnite PlayStation Cup is expected to start on 14th January 2022 to Saturday, January 15, 2022. Players will be competing with each other and getting a chance to earn a share of $107,100 through this amazing Fortnite cup.
- The PlayStation cup is only for PS4™ or PS5™ console players. However, this cup is not available for the players who play in the Asia server region. Also, the players who live in Japan are ineligible for this Fortnite PlayStation Cup in January 2022.
How To Join
The PlayStation cup is free to enter. As per previous tournament experience, in order to participate, players must meet certain requirements like having the Two-Step Authentication enabled on your Epic account and a level 50 or higher.
- The cup is a Solo tournament that mainly consists of two rounds. Round one of the PlayStation Cup will be live for 3 hours. This will be an open completion where players can play a maximum of 10 matches. At the end of this round one, the players who are under the top 100 will be promoted to the second round from each server region.
- In the second round, the players who will be on the top of the leader board will be eligible for the Fortnite PlayStation Cup January 2022 prize pool. This second round will consist of a total of six matches. After the end of these six matches, players will be ranked according to the points earned by them.
Point system
The point system in both the rounds is almost similar but in the round, one player will get one point each for every elimination, and while in the second match players will get two points each for every single elimination. The point system is as follows:
