Leakers are back and better than ever before! According to one of the reliable leakers in the Fortnite community, a collaboration with Lego is happening soon and we cannot be more than excited about it. Fortnite and Lego are focused on building stuff, so it would only make sense that they are teaming up once more to bring a truckload of new content to the popular battle royale game. Here is what we know so far about this upcoming collaboration!

Leaker finds files about Lego bricks being part of Fortnite
The leaker in question is @GMatrixGames, a user who is always pretty spot-on with their information. But before we get into it, do remember that just because something was leaked now does not mean it will be coming to the game anytime soon. We’ve learned throughout the years that leaked content in Fortnite usually takes a while before they actually appear in the game but nonetheless, we cannot be more than excited about this.
LEGO x Fortnite, as an actual collab.
Epic is working on something in UEFN that has to do with LEGO bricks, including having a full Brick Database for Unreal Engine.
This work is being done on the Juno test servers.
My *personal* theory is that this will be a LEGO island. pic.twitter.com/CKutX2HrEO— GMatrixGames (@GMatrixGames) January 14, 2023
- It seems that @GMatrixGames is confident about the information they have discovered in the game files. They also claim that there will be a “full Brick Database for Unreal Engine,” which means that we may be getting something large-scale such as a complete LEGO island or even a location.
- They also highlight that Epic has been working with UEFN, which is the Creative 2.0 mode in Fortnite. Creative mode was first released in Fortnite back in 2018. Since then, it’s become a hit among players which would explain why Epic is dedicated to making changes and upgrades to Creative 2.0 mode.
- Popular content creators such as MrBeast have utilized Fornite’s Creative mode, further boosting its popularity in the community. When MrBeast used Creative mode, he gave away over a million dollars to the lucky Fortnite player who won in his Extreme Survival Challenge.
Possible release date
As we mentioned before, leaks have no set release date unless otherwise stated by the leakers. For the Fortnite x Lego collaboration, it might take months or even a year from now before it is completed. Another reliable Fortnite leaker offered their two cents on the information posted by @GMatrixGames.
A Fortnite X LEGO collaboration (for UEFN) is currently in the works, as revealed by @GMatrixGames.
I personally haven't heard much about this collaboration yet, but it seems like something pretty cool 👍
Of course, the release date is still quite a while away. pic.twitter.com/sxhyLS6vMt

Although they do not confirm the existence of the collaboration, they do not deny it either. “I personally haven’t heard much about this collaboration yet, but it seems like something pretty cool.” @ShiinaBR wrote in their tweet.
However, they did mention that the “release date is still quite a while away.” Whatever @ShiinaBR meant by that, it’s obvious that none of the other leakers are updated on this collaboration.
Nonetheless, we have our fingers crossed that we’ll be getting Creative 2.0 mode and the Fortnite x Lego collaboration this year. Of course, don’t get your hopes up just yet and as always, take gaming leaks with a grain of salt.
