For the Evergloom Ring, you need 46 in total to max ascend Baizhu. Leaks suggest that the material will be dropped by Iniquitous Lustrator, a creature from the Abyss Order. It will spawn in the new desert expansion of the Genshin Impact 3.6.
Baizhu talent materials to farm in Genshin Impact
There is very little info on the Weekly Boss which he requires to ascend his talents beyond level six in the game. However, for talent books, you need to farm the “Teaching of Gods” from Liyue’s Taishan Mansion domain. The total number of books needed to maximize his talents are as follows.

The specific name of the boss material is still unknown in the game. However, leaks suggested that her name will be Apep and she will be available in the new extension of Sumeru desert from Genshin Impact 3.6.
