HoYoverse has officially declared that the Genshin Impact 3.6 update will roll out on April 12, 2023. The patch will debut with the Nahida and Nilou rerun banner for the first phase. It is safe to say that players will wish for the Dendro Archon considering how necessary she is from a meta standpoint.

There will be new events, story quests, and more throughout the first banner phase. As always, travelers will have 21 days to pull for either one of the featured 5-star units before their banner is gone. The following article will take a closer look at what to expect within the timespan of Nahida and Nilou rerun in version 3.6 of the game.
New events, story quests, and more
As mentioned earlier, Nahida and Nilou will be on the first banner phase of Genshin Impact 3.6. Despite both the characters being unique in their way, the Dendro Archon is expected to have more sales throughout its uptime. Additionally, players can pull on the “Epitome Invocation” to secure their signature weapons which are The “Key of Khaj Nisut” and “A Thousand Floating Dreams”.
Typically, any patch in Genshin Impact lasts for 42 days in total. Moreover, it features two banner phases with each lasting for 21 days. By taking the timespan into account the duration for Nahida and Nilou banners will be from April 12 to May 2, 2023.
Once the banner goes live, travelers can complete the “Sapientia Oromasdis Chapter: Act II ”, which is a continuation of the Nahida questline. Additionally, Layla will be added to the Hangout Series where travelers will be able to connect with her more. Likewise, new events will commence a few days after the patch release creating the opportunity for players to collect Primogems.

“A Parade of Providence”- Flagship Event
HoYoverse officially announced that the Flagship Event for version 3.6 will be available from April 27 to May 15, 2023. During the event, players will take part in the “Akademiya Extravaganza” consisting of five minigames. Now each of them will be prepared by separate Drashans from the Sumeru Akademiya.
Travelers will receive a lot of rewards from the event completion including Primogems, furniture, and Crown. Additionally, players will receive a free Faruzan as the conclusion reward.
Brewing Developments
Another event that was officially advertised is the Brewing Developments challenge. The runtime of this event will be from April 13 to 24. It will be in a time-gated format, where players will have to defeat the maximum number of mobs within a time limit.

This time, the challenge domain of the game will be located in the rainforest of Sumeru. Inside, players will get to select a specific team to hack through the waves of monsters. The reward consists of Primos, talent materials, and Hero’s Wit.
Fulminating Sandstorm
Lastly, the Fulminating Sandstorm will commence from April 21 to May 1. It will be the final event for Nahida and Nilou banner duration in Genshin Impact 3.6. Throughout the event, travelers will help the Akademiya researchers figure out the suspicious Wenut activities. The objective will be to protect them from the enemies and clear the obstructions in their way.
