New limited-time events will be added to Halo Infinite regularly, similar to what other live service games like Fortnite or Call of Duty: Warzone does. Let’s go over what Fracture: Tenrai is about!
Fraction: Tenrai
The 30 Tier Event Pass is completely free for all players during the inaugural Halo Infinite event, Fractures: Tenrai. While Tenrai is live, users will be able to collect themed and limited-time gifts by playing multiplayer matches and completing event challenges.
Microsoft stunned fans by releasing Halo Infinite’s multiplayer component during the Xbox’s special 20th Anniversary event. Given the positive response to the Multiplayer Test Flights (beta), it’s likely that 343 felt comfortable launching a little early. Players flocked to the online experience with the release of Halo Infinite multiplayer and began moving through the first season battle pass.
Tenrai Event Pass
- Players who participate in the free event pass will be able to progress through all 30 ranks. Progress will be carrying over between events, thus tiers that will be gaining during the next week will remain when Tenrai returns in January 2022.
- While many players are drawn to the Legendary Yoroi Armor, the Event Pass contains a variety of cosmetic and customizing items inspired by Tenrai.
- Even though the game is still in beta mode until December 8, gamers can play and progress without fear of losing anything while waiting for the release. 343 is already responding to fan complaints about the Halo Infinite Battle Pass’s sluggish pace.
- Players can gain Backdrops, nameplates, and emblems for their Spartan ID, as well as additional armor components. The Gatekeep shoulder pads and the Swordsman’s Belt further customize the look of a Spartan.
Rewards and Ultimate Unlock
- Players that complete all of the weekly objectives will obtain Willow Tea. Willow Tea is a special armor coating for the Mark VII armor core. It has a samurai-inspired style, which is different from Yoroi armor.
Fiesta Modes
- The Fractures: Tenrai event will also bring a new game mode called Fiesta to the game. This game option is to provide some randomness to a match.
- This mode will provide players with fresh and randomized weaponry every time they spawn. Fiesta will, without a doubt, be more chaotic than the other Halo Infinite modes available, such as Oddball.
