Riot Forge just came up with a brand new announcement of a new game to the League of Legends universe. This new game is titled Hextech Mayhem: A League of Legends Story and is basically a rhythm-based game. Players and fans can get their hands on this new addition on November 16 on Nintendo Switch, PC, as well as on Netflix.

Hextech Mayhem is a rhythm-runner-style game. It features Ziggs – a yordle with a distinct passion for an unending number of explosions.

  • The players are required to do bomb jumps and follow the soundtrack and beats for bomb attacks. Now doesn’t this scream FUN!
  • Players will have to cross various hurdles, carefully avoiding the light fuses that will be strewn across the levels that have the potential to set off a chain reaction of explosions.
  • Following the official announcement, only two characters from the legendary League of Legends universes have been confirmed!
    • Ziggs, who appears to be mostly the only playable character so far, and Heimerdinger who is a scientist attempting to foil the antics of Ziggs in the lore of this game.
    • Heimerdinger will make every attempt to stop Ziggs from achieving his ultimate goal; building the greatest bomb that Runeterra has ever witnessed to date.

Currently, the game is being developed by a gaming development studio called Choice Provisions which is based out of Santa Cruz, California. The studio is popularly known for its BIT.TRIP series, particularly the Runner3.

We are gripping our seats as further information on Hextech Mayhem: A League of Legends Story is scheduled to be released on November 16, 2021, at 11 a.m ET during the Riot Forge Video showcase. Hextech Mayhem: A League of Legends Story will be released on 16th November and it can be accessed via Nintendo Switch, PC, and also the Netflix app.
