Popular American actress Hilary Swank and her husband Philip Schneider recently had their first children. She gave birth to fraternal twins – a boy and a girl.
Last year, the I Am Mother actress revealed that she was expecting twins. This year, she sent her fans a very unique Easter message. Swank announced her children’s birth on Easter Sunday.
The 48-year-old The Next Karate Kid star uploaded a photo of herself and her twins on Instagram, on April 9, 2023, Sunday evening, and put a caption that read, “It wasn’t easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it.”
She also stated that she was “posting from pure heaven.” Because she is facing away from the camera, viewers can only see the top of the newborns’ heads, protecting the babies’ privacy. She also hasn’t revealed the names of her twins, yet.

Fatale star Hilary Swank made the announcement on Easter Sunday by posting a touching photo of herself embracing her newborn children. It instantly received likes, as well as beautiful comments of congratulations from friends like Viola Davis, Sharon Stone, and Debra Messing.
Swank has documented most of her pregnancy on Instagram, showcasing her expanding bump around the holidays and touching her belly on the Golden Globes red carpet.
The actor had been filming her new show Alaska Daily while she was pregnant. Last year, in an interview, she revealed that when her trousers didn’t fit during filming, she ripped them open and wore a jacket to hide her pregnancy.
“You don’t tell for 12 weeks for a certain reason. But then, like, you’re growing and you’re using the bathroom a lot and you’re eating a lot. I’m sure there’s been conversations, and when I get back to the set, people will be like, ‘Oh, it all makes sense now,’ the PS I Love You actor said.
Hilary gave birth to twins with the assistance of her second husband, Philip Schneider, and this is her first time being a mother.

In 2018, Swank married Philip Schneider. The two met on a blind date pre-arranged by Victoria Vantoch, the wife of the famous actor, Misha Collins. Swank and Schneider had so much fun together that their first date lasted over 12 hours, according to Vantoch.
The 48-year-old had long expressed her desire to conceive and be a mother.
She was married to Chad Lowe from 1997 to 2007. Before divorcing Lowe, Hilary Swank expressed a desire for children to PEOPLE in 2006. “I know that I want children someday. I’ve thought about that since I was a very, very young girl,” she remarked.
Hilary and Philip married in a gorgeous wedding in 2018, and the bride stated at the time that she had no idea why they had waited so long.
