Invincible: Season 2 will be air new episodes on November 11, 2023, exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. As huge fans of the adult superhero series, we are breaking down the teaser trailer for you. Here’s what you might have missed:
Is that Immortal Fighting Invincible?
As seen in the screengrab below, we can observe that Immortal is back but is fighting Invincible? Well, it could be because he is the son of Omni-Man. Immortal probably knows that Invincible is also a Viltrumite and that might have struck a nerve.
But, it looks more like he is training the young hero in battle.Mark Grayson, or known as Invincible, needs all the help he can get once the Viltrumites come to Earth. Or even worse, when the MultiVerse gets opened.
Doc Seismic will wreak havoc once more
In the comics, Doc Seismic is pretty powerful. His powers were not fully revealed in season 1 and everybody though he has already died. But, during season 1’s finale, it was revealed that he is still alive and has built an army.
In season 2, we might see him wreak more havoc with his army and maybe newfound powers. Doc Seismic may not be the series’ big bad, but he is a legitimate threat to Invincible and the Guardians of the Globe.
The complete list of cast joining Invincible Season 2 is here!
Invincible becomes more starstudded with a lot of very talented actors and actresses joining the pool of voice actors. This includes She-Hulk actress Tatiana Maslany and comedian Jay Pharaoh. Aside from that, Sterling K. Brown is confirmed to voice Invincible’s archnemesis Angstrom Levy while Scoot McNairy will voice King Lizard. But, what’s the most exciting part here is that one of the most iconic voices in history will be joining the series – Peter Cullen. Cullen will be taking the role of Thaedus, a character we also have seen in the teaser trailer.
Here’s the complete list of cast joining Invincible Season 2:
- Chloe Bennet (Marvels’ Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D)

- Phil Lamarr (Futurama)
- Peter Cullen (Transformers) as Thaedus
Thaedus is here!
We have all been waiting for another Viltrumite to be featured in the series, and we are getting one! A new character joining season 2 is no other than Thaedus (voiced by Peter Cullen). Thaedus was born on Viltrum but rebelled against his race due to their ways of conquering planets were tyrannical and evil, at least for him.
He founded the Coalition of Planets, a congregation of other alien races, that aims to eradicate the Viltrumites and their sinister acts. Thaedus, in season 2, would probably reach out to Invincible and will team-up with each other to fight the other Viltrumites, including Omni-Man to protect Earth.
Omni-Man is back for more!
Earlier this week, we got the pleasure of being given an official poster for Invincible Season 2. However, we didn’t see any sight of Nolan Grayson a.k.a Omni-Man. But, in the teaser trailer, it’s confirmed that J.K. Simmons will reprise the role as the overpowered superhero.
We have a lot of questions and this needs to be answered once Omni-Man returns to Earth. Although, that would mean it’s going to be an all-out war between him and Invincible together with the Guardians of the Globe.
