It seems that Ember Lab’s Kena: Bridge of Spirits has borrowed and adorned itself with magical Disney elements from the Disney-Pixar movie. Recently, two trailers were released. They gave us a glimpse at the storyline and the gameplay footage along with incredible and dynamic photo mode.
But that’s not all! One more announcement revealed that a physical deluxe edition will be made available. It will be a collaborative partnership with the publisher Maximum Games.
“The Ember Lab team has been wonderful to work with and we can’t wait to see the game reception this Christmas.”
– Maximum Games CEO
The raging anticipation around this game is quite palpable. This game was announced during the Showcase of Sony’s PS5 last year and it had a fixed 2020 holiday release date. Additionally, Maximum Games declared that they will open up the distribution of a “physical Deluxe Edition for PS5 and PS4”.
They announced this in a tweet and also mention ned that this Deluxe Edition will have its own official digital soundtrack, a one-of-a-kind Kena Staff, a Golden Rot skin, unique celebratory hats, and it will also have a retail-exclusive sticker sheet.
Josh Grier who is the studio’s Chief Operating Officer said that “Our community expressed their desire for a physical edition from the moment we first announced the game.” This physical deluxe edition will hit the stores in November and it will cost around $49.99 with pre-orders set to release soon. This game will be available in the United States, across Europe, and the UK in both retail stores and also online.
