0

In a press release today, THQ Nordic announced their acquisition deal with 38 Studios, which traded the rights for Kingdoms of Amalur.

THQ Nordic also acquired the “Amalur” project, which was based on the “Copernicus” codenamed MMORPG work-in-progress from 38 Studios.

THQ Nordic’s newest title, Darksiders 3 is on its way for PC, PS4 and Xbox One on 27th November. Following the acquisition deal, we might see new Kingdoms of Amalur title anytime soon. Although nothing has been officially verified yet, announcements must be on their way. So stay tuned for that.
