With the brand-new show “MPower,” which is now available to stream on Disney+, Disney has released the trailer and poster. With their latest MPower trailer, Marvel Studios is shining a spotlight on the female characters. The actors who play the woman heroes in this program discuss how they have developed through time.

The women of Wakanda, Captain Marvel, Scarlet Witch, and Gamora from Guardians of the Galaxy are the characters that the first grouping focuses on. Zoe Saldana, who is a featured character in episode 4, served as the show’s Executive Producer.


Marvel’s MPower: number of episodes, run-time, and more

MPower comprises four stand-alone episodes, all of which are available to stream right now.

1) MPOWER – THE WOMEN OF BLACK PANTHER

The women of Black Panther invite viewers to Wakanda, where they form the foundation of the world’s most powerful country. This “MPower” episode explores the origin of Okoye, Nakia, Ayo, and Shuri, the four powerful women. It examines how the performances were influenced by the actors’ own actual experiences. 


2) MPOWER – CAPTAIN MARVEL

 

Through the eyes of those who worked on her creation, CAPTAIN MARVEL follows one of the MCU’s most potent Super Heroes, Captain Marvel (Brie Larson). Viewers will learn about Carol Danvers’ journey into Captain Marvel, her role models Monica Rambeau and Kamala Khan, and the team behind the camera bringing it together.


3) MPOWER – SCARLET WITCH

 

This episode pays tribute to Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen), Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn), Darcy Lewis (Kat Dennings), and the creators who made her story a legend. The Scarlet Witch, with a terrible history and tremendous power, overcame impassable obstacles from Sokovia to her self-realization as an Avenger.


4) MPOWER – GAMORA

 

Zoe Saldana’s intriguing character Gamora is explored in the episode GAMORA. The episode shows how she changes from being an assassin to a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy. Gamora, the group’s heart, rethinks family and deals with her broken sisterly bond (Karen Gillan). The veterans of the “Guardians” films are discussing how they portrayed Gamora in an emotive and dramatic way.
