The sequel to the popular life simulation game My Time at Portia has a release date of May 26. My Time at Sandrock is launching in early access on May 26. Moreover, it will be available from the Epic Games Store and Steam. Read below for more details about My Time at Sandrock.
Players cultivate a farm located in the desert
Because this is the sequel to My Time at Portia, players can expect the same farming aspect that was in Portia to be implemented in Sandrock. Only this time, players need to cultivate their crops in the desert. Moreover, it seems like My Time at Sandrock will be introducing new characters to the story.
Players find themselves as the newest Builder in the city
From what we know about My Time at Sandrock so far, what players essentially do is reverse how much Sandrock is in ruin now. Moreover, the same commission system from Portia will be implemented in the sequel. You can take on commissions to improve the state of Sandrock. And at the same time, you gain to receive the respect and friendship with the locals.
According to Pathea Games producer Yan Wei, “My Time at Sandrock is the next evolution of the My Time series formula.”
My Time at Sandrock is coming to different platforms in 2023
The game was initially considered as a DLC for My Time at Portia. But because avid fans showed interest in a stand-alone sequel, the Kickstarter project raised more than enough funds to make the project a reality.
My Time at Sandrock will be available for Early Access on Steam and Epic Games Store on May 26, 2022. As for the console version, it’s expected to release in 2023.
