Are Nico Robin and Tony Tony Chopper joining the Netflix adaptation of One Piece?
Unfortunately, the hot archaeologist Nico Robin and the lovable Tony Tony Chopper won’t be joining the live-action adaptation just yet. However, that still does not make these two beloved characters truly out of the equation. Currently, the One Piece anime now has more than 1000 episodes. The question here is how much of the thousand-episode-long story Netflix put in their live-action adaptation.
To give you an idea, Nico Robin first appeared in episode 103. Obviously, it’s already a long way from the beginning when Luffy first started his crew. On the other hand, Tony Tony Chopper’s debut was a little bit earlier than Nico Robin’s. The toddler-sized human/reindeer hybrid first appeared in episode 81. Chopper became the sixth member of the Strawhat crew as he leaves his comfort zone and becomes part of Luffy’s family. The Netflix adaptation of Eiichiro Oda’s masterpiece may still be very well in the early stages of the manga. Maybe, in the latter part of the series, we will get to see Chopper and Nico Robin join Monkey D. Luffy and the rest of the crew as they embark on an epic adventure to find One Piece.
