Rockstar Games’ next big project is a new Red Dead installment

Rockstar Games has a unique way of doing everything. May it be its games, patches and updates or teasing a new game. All of a sudden, Rockstar Games has shifted to a red and black theme (logo, background) instead of its tradition yellow and black. And we’re pretty sure it’s none other than an announcement for a new Red Dead.

Rockstar’s surprising-success, Red Dead Redemption used a red and black theme as its visual theme. The artworks, promotional banners and even the cover of the game. After all, ‘Red’ is a word in the game’s name itself. And by that relation, we’re assuming Rockstar is teasing a new Red Dead game. Their Twitter, Facebook, official website and Newswire is now featuring the red and black theme instead of their traditional yellow and black. Well, it’s time to get hyped!

However it’s unclear if it’s a teaser for a new Red Dead game, or just a re-release of Red Dead Redemption for next-gen consoles. A more detailed article regarding this news can be found at GameSpot. Take-Two, parent company of Rockstar Games has never made an official announcement for the next Red Dead game. However, Take-Two’s company’s chief executive, Strauss Zelnick, describes Red Dead as a “permanent” property, much like Grand Theft Auto.

In May, Take-Two said it will announce new games “soon,” but added that none of these will be out until April 2017 at the very earliest.
