During a Sega-Nama livestream earlier today, Chief Creative Officer Toshihiro Nagoshi discussed his plans for a new Yakuza IP. He revealed a new IP will be announced in September, which had been in development for around 3 years.

Nagoshi mentioned SEGA’s Tokyo Game Show 2018 and that we’ll have more details about the upcoming IP during the event, which runs from September 19 – 23.
