In the past, we’ve seen exciting collaborations between Barbie and fashion brands like Fossil, Crocs, and Forever 21, and even the dating app Bumble is in the trend already. But now, the biggest sneaker company in the world, Nike, is also cashing into the Barbiemania. Just recently, Nike released a Barbie-inspired shoe, the Barbie Dunk Low and it is now out and about! The upcoming and all-new Barbie-inspired Nike Dunk Low is looking fresh!
A new sneaker inspired by Greta Gerwig’s Barbie movie will be gracing our feet very soon. Taking in the form of the top-selling Nike Dunk, the sneaker boasts shades of pink, white, and a grey swoosh. Moreover, the shoe features a silver “N” special lace charm that makes it ten times better. Sneaker enthusiast and leaker @brandon1an gave us the first look at the fresh new sneaker line.

The new Barbie Dunk Low will join Nike’s list of pink sneakers such as the Nike Air Jordan 1 Low “Pink Blast”, Nike Air Max Scorpion, Air Jordan 11 CMFT Low “Rose Gold”, Nike Air Max 1 “Coral Stardust”, and the Jordan Tatum 1 “Pink Lemonade”. However, Barbie and Nike have no official collaboration and this new Nike Dunk shoe will not be an official Barbie product. Regardless, it is still the perfect time to release this amazing set of kicks.
Nike Dunk Low “Barbie” Price
Nike Dunks usually go from $100 to $170 and can even reach north of $200 (or even more, depending on the design). But, previous collaborations with Nike have a trend of being priced at about $150. Obviously, we want to think that the Nike Barbie Dunk Low would be priced the same, but knowing that Barbie is highly-anticipated, we’re going to expect it’ll be more than $150. But, right now, we’re thinking it’s well beyond that range.

Where better can you find a pair of Nike shoes than from the Nike store itself? The Barbie Dunk is expected to be released after the premiere of Greta Gerwig’s Barbie movie, on July 21. Meanwhile, it is also expected to be kept on sale until August 11.
