Most of you might have been planning for the last 5 years to play the game. Now you all can play it for free without paying a penny. The game is free to play from today until 2nd January 2022. Free-To-Play
So to play the game without paying any money, you are required to enter the free version of Overwatch on PC; you will need to create a Battle.net account. In the case of consoles from Sony and Microsoft, you must have active subscriptions to the online services PlayStation Plus and Xbox Live Gold, respectively. Overwatch is available for PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch.

- The trial version of the competitive shooter will not be limited in any way: 32 heroes, 28 maps, and numerous game modes will be available to everyone for the duration of the promotion.

All progression items, including ranks and cosmetics attained in the free version, will carry over to the retail version should you decide to buy it once the trial period is over.
