“Nom nom nom, more! More candy!”, make a guess who said this in Poppy Playtime? Oh… Well, let us introduce you to who Candy Cat is. You should stick with us to know more!

What Candy Cat Looks Like

Candy Cat is a toy in Poppy Playtime. She is sky blue in color, while her round eyes are in color black. She has pointed ears and droplet-shaped whiskers on both cheeks. Candy Cat has four white paws and a short torso (well, she looks cute here, right?). Well, Candy Cat makes herself unique among other cat characters because of her long (like exaggerating long) pink tongue. Peek the photo below!

Who is Candy Cat?

In 1979, Candy Cat is created in Playtime Co. Candy Cat’s personality is quite unsure yet. However, based on her voice and line in her cardboard cutout, she is a greedy eater who would just eat nonstop, specifically (and especially) candies. You may hear her asking for candies here!

However, as jolly and outgoing as Candy Cat looks, there are rumors that she may still be a murderer cat, since Poppy Playtime is a horror video game, right? Perhaps due to her gluttony, this is possibly a situation to happen in the game. Well, we’ll let you know about Candy Cat if information comes out!

Additionally, one can see Candy Cat be a bubbly, fun, and of course, a candy-eating cat. She is described in Poppy Playtime’s Digital Collectible Profile as “Candy Cat always marches to the beat of her own drums. True to her 1970s release date, Candy Cat is a free-spirited icon and is a favorite amongst children who have been known to indulge in sweets.

Candy Cat’s Appearance

In our last part of knowing who Candy Cat is, we’ll tell you about her appearances in the Poppy Playtime video game!

Candy Cat debuts in Poppy Playtime in Chapter 1: A Tight Squeeze where you can see this sky blue cat in the posters. Not much of screentime in Chapter 1, Candy Cat reappears in Chapter 2: Fly in a Web.

In the Assessment Forms in Chapter 2, Candy Cat is assigned to an orphan girl, Makayla Hyssop, when she joins the Game Station (this is a location in this chapter, by the way) experiments in Poppy Playtime’s Fly in a Web chapter.

Candy Cat is an adorable toy in Poppy Playtime, right? But are we all ready to know who she ‘really’ is when the time comes?
