PVL 2024: All Players Who Transfer Teams | A Guide

With nearly a month into this new year, the Premier Volleyball League, popularly known as PVL, has been more and more intriguing. The PVL 2024 will start a month from now, yet the player movement continues to surprise fans. In this article, we’ll help you find your favorite Filipina volleyball players among the club teams in PVL 2024. Here is a guide for fans of all players who transfer teams in the upcoming season of the volleyball league. Who are you rooting for?

PVL 2024 All-Filipino Conference Is Definitely A Season To Watch Out For

After being a fan-favorite professional volleyball league in the Philippines, this has to be one of the most iconic (and shocking) player movements we have seen in PVL history. Most of the teams, if not all, had some tweaks in their player lineup — even the champions of last season’s champs added some changes.

In case you missed it late last year, the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers finished their PVL stint as the team ‘disbanded.’ This caused quite a stir in the club teams, as fans know that these F2 players are considerable names in Philippine volleyball, along with talent in the sport. Let’s check out the teams who scouted new players for their respective PVL 2024 squads for the next All-Filipino conference.

  • Akari Chargers

After a great run last PVL conference, Akari is set to pack the lineup with former Petro Gazz player Grethcel Soltones and Creamline’s Ced Domingo to add more firepower to the Chargers’ offense.

  • Cignal HD Spikers

The fourth placer last conference, Cignal HD Spikers, successfully recruits F2’s Dawn Macandili-Catindig and Jov Fernandez.

  • CHERY Tiggo Crossovers

Will it be another podium for the team with the addition of two F2 icons, Aby Maraño and Ara Galang, and a Philippine Army Lady Trooper, Nette Villareal, in the Crossovers’ lineup?

  • Choco Mucho Flying Titans

They may have lost a few key Titans, but they earned three more players in the lineup. F2’s Mars Alba, PLDT’s Mean Mendrez and Royse Tubino, and Cignal’s Bia General will be making a fresh start with the Choco Mucho in PVL 2024.

  • Creamline Cool Smashers

After years of being a tight and solid lineup, the Cool Smashers join in the player movements for this PVL 2024. From their sister company, Choco Mucho’s Dennise Lazaro-Revilla and Bea De Leon will be reuniting with their Ateneo teammates Alyssa Valdez, Jia Morado-De Guzman, and Ella De Jesus in the team. Will they be able to reach the Finals and win a trophy again?

  • Farm Fresh Foxies

The Foxies are pretty sure gearing up for an enjoyable PVL 2024 ride with nine new players on their roster. F2’s Chinnie Arroyo, Elaine Kasilag, and Jolina Dela Cruz, PLDT’s Anj Legacion, Choco Mucho’s Caitlin Viray, CHERY Tiggo’s Jaycel Delos Reyes, Galeries’ Julia Angeles, and UST WVT’s Janel Delerio and Ypril Tapia will give their best volleyball games this tournament.

  • Galeries Tower Highrisers

The young Highrisers will prepare to soar higher this next conference with the help of F2’s Shola Alvarez, CHERY Tiggo’s France Ronquillo, and NU WVT’s Renee Mabilangan. Another PVL comeback of an underrated libero from Balipure, Alyssa Eroa, is back on the court!

  • Nxled Chameleons

Another F2 player who transferred to a new team, spiker Ivy Lacsina, will fly in green and black for the next PVL 2024 season.

  • Petro Gazz Angels

A comeback that we love to witness, F2’s Myla Pablo rejoins the team for this season. A new angel will fly from F2’s yellow and white to Petro Gazz’s red and white, and the team welcomes Ethan Arce and Joy Dacoron. Moving from another red, PLDT’s Michelle Morente found a new home in the Angels, too.

  • PLDT High Speed Hitters

With numerous vital players out of the lineup, the High Speed Hitters recruits will be enough to fill in the spot, especially with the entrance of F2’s lethal combination of Kim Fajardo, Majoy Baron, and Kim Kianna Dy.
