The unprecedented statement made by the physicians this afternoon expressing their “concern” suggests that the 96-year-old Queen Elizabeth II’s health has worsened in recent hours, as evidenced by all the measures put in place.

To be by their mother’s side while she is “under medical supervision,” Queen Elizabeth II’s immediate family members rushed to the Scottish castle of Balmoral. Seven members of her family arrived at Aberdeen airport.

The health of Elizabeth II has set the United Kingdom on alert, with politicians and other prominent figures expressing fear of the worst in statements made in recent hours.

  • Local media have also reported that Prince Harry, who normally dwells with Meghan and their two children in the United States, is also on his way.
  • The monarch’s successor, Prince Charles, and his wife, Camilla, were already in the Scottish castle on April 6 to commemorate her mother’s 70th anniversary as queen. Also present was Princess Anne, the monarch’s only daughter.

Meghan and Kate will not join.
