The Void Vessel Facility is one of the more intriguing locations in Remnant 2. Situated in the N’Erud region, this facility was once used by The Custodians and their team to conduct experiments and test prototypes. Now overrun by enemies and dangerous creatures, the Void Vessel Facility presents a formidable challenge for players looking to uncover its secrets. One of the biggest mysteries is a locked door hiding valuable treasures within. Here is how to find the key and unlock this secret door in Remnant 2 Void Vessel Facility.
Remnant 2: Void Vessel Facility
Entering the Void Vessel Facility
- First, you’ll need to locate the entrance to the facility. It is hidden within a cave in the Timeless Horizon area of N’Erud. Listen for a soft alarm sound, which indicates you are close to the cave entrance. Proceed deep into the cave until you come across the doorway into the facility itself.
- Once inside, head down into the depths of the dungeon. Be sure to activate the checkpoint here before venturing further. This will allow you to respawn at this location if you get defeated later on.
Locating the Key to Open Locked Door in Void Vessel Facility
- Eventually, you’ll reach a room at the end of the facility with three large pods. This is where the key to the secret door is located. However, you won’t know which pod contains the key until you open them.
- Approach each pod and interact with it to reveal a random item. One of the three pods will have the Void Vessel Facility key inside. If it’s not in the first pod, check the other two.
- Opening a vessel will usually cause one of the enemies native to the Void Vessel facility to attack. Defeat it quickly.
- The key will always be present in one of these three pods, so make sure to check them all on each run.
- After successfully defeating the enemies, you will receive a Stasis Pod Glyph. You can use this key to unlock the secret door.
Unlocking the Secret Door
Once you finally obtain the key, backtrack through the facility until you return to the locked door. It will have a noticeably different appearance compared to other doors. Interact with the door while having the key in your inventory to unlock it. Behind the door is a hidden room containing a set of light armor called a Space Worker set.
- Space Worker Set is a light armor set that prioritizes speed and mobility. It offers a moderate armor rating and excels in Shock resistance. It provides good resistance against Fire and Toxin damage.
