Game data reveals skins for Diluc and Fischl in Genshin Impact
One of the most reliable leakers in Genshin Impact posted information from the ongoing beta phase. From Ubatcha1’s tweet, they found file names in the game data which strongly indicates that Diluc and Fischl are getting Premium skins. Moreover, another leak related to the skins claim that these cosmetics have special effects. If that turns out to be true, then expect more Travelers to start using Diluc and Fischl on their team more.

More details about the Diluc skin hint that his new skin is similar to his KFC outfit. Previously, Genshin Impact had a collaboration with KFC wherein Diluc and Noelle were the poster characters. And in that collaboration, Diluc is wearing a white shirt with an elegant vest over it.
This information was publicized in a previous leak from February. The new Diluc skin is certainly something Diluc mains can look forward to. But hopefully, it won’t include the apron he wears for the KFC collaboration.

As for Fischl’s outfit, there is no information on it as of now. The last update leakers released is that the Fischl skin is under development and may become available in version 2.8.

Diluc and Fischl skins will possibly be available in two ways
Travelers speculate that these skins are obtainable similar to the Lantern Rite festival. To get Diluc’s skin, Travelers need to spend a certain amount of Genesis Crystals. However, Fischl’s skin may come as a free reward during the event in version 2.8.
But before Travelers can buy these skins, they should already have Diluc and Fischl. To get these characters, Travelers will have to rely on the RNG God since the are only available through the Wish system.
What are skins in Genshin Impact?
Similar to cosmetics in other games, skins in Genshin Impact change the default outfit of certain characters. And as of writing, there are four special skins released in Genshin Impact. The first two are for Barbara and Jean, both introduced in the Golden Apple Archipelago event. Both costumes are Premium since Travelers needed a certain amount of Genesis Crystals to purchase.
As for the next set of special skins, they are for Ningguang and Keqing. However, only Keqing’s skin is considered Premium. For Ningguang’s skin, this was one of the event rewards back in the latest Lantern Rite celebration.
