It has been a long time coming, but the Star Wars series honoring Obi-Wan Kenobi has finally decided to tilt its nose in the direction of reality!
It’s been a while since we learned that Obi-Wan Kenobi will have his own show on Disney+. It’s a monumental task and Ewan McGregor will return to duty after a hiatus of 17 years.
An official debut for a new narrative eagerly awaited by millions of fans: Disney officially announces more, with a premiere date scheduled for May 25th on Disney Plus. We should expect a weekly airing on Wednesdays as a standard routine.
As a bonus, the company has released the first-ever official poster for the film!
The planet Tatooine, where the action would take place 10 years after the events of Episode III, is where we see Obi-Wan Kenobi standing in the midst of the desert.
- To have a series is to have everything that an episode has to offer in its own right. Also, the actors may count on Hayden Christensen, who has returned to the role of Anakin Skywalker, nicknamed Darth Vader, to join them.
- The two characters’ connection will be further developed, which is sure to be thrilling. A few new faces, including Moses Ingram from Le Jeu de la Dame and Kumail Nanjiani, who recently appeared in The Eternals, will also be featured.
