Twitch Streamer “ItsSliker” Successfully Appeals Ban

After receiving his 2nd ban on Twitch this year, famous streamer ItsSliker found his way through his latest ban from the live streaming platform.

Sliker was banned for three days on Twitch due to a text-based/ASCII emote that he copied blindly into his chat. To those who do not know, this is a violation of Twitch’s terms and conditions.

Many thought the ban was due to him flirting with an AI (which was weird by the way), but it was actually the emote the copied from one of his fans’ comments. He received the sanction on Wednesday, April 20. On that same day, Sliker appealed to Twitch to lift the ban stating that it was an honest mistake.

“I swear I done this by accident. Someone typed it but I couldn’t see so I pasted it in my own chat.” – ItsSliker’s appeal to Twitch via an Instagram post.

Fortunately, Twitch accept it and the ban was quickly overturned. In just about a day after Twitch’s actions, ItsSliker is now back in action in no time.

ItsSliker is famous on Twitch for his gaming content for Valorant, Fortnite, and GTA V. He is a famous streamer who has a solid fanbase of 400,000 followers.

To no surprise, Sliker is not the first of the famous streamers getting the hammer from Twitch. Some notable names that come to mind are Dr. DisRespect, Soulja Boy, and xQc.
