Now that we have said goodbye to one of Valorant’s most hyped bundles, the Oni 2.0, it’s now time to set our sights on a new collection. Riot Games is taking players to the skies with the new Valorant skin bundle, Altitude. If you’ve already seen clips of this skin being showcased on Twitter, YouTube, or TikTok, then it’s likely you’re having thoughts of buying it. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at the Altitude bundle in Valorant and answer the ultimate question: is the new bundle worth it?
Soar through the skies with Valorant’s latest Altitude skin bundle
Before everything else, let’s have a closer look at this bundle, shall we? There are four gun skins included in the bundle as well as a special melee. The four guns in this bundle are the Sheriff, Bucky, Vandal, and Odin. As for the melee, it has a unique design of being a brass knuckle and knife all in one.
Each gun in the Altitude bundle feature one of the Valorant Agents. Aligned with the sights of the gun are the Agents who appear to be riding in a plane’s cockpit. Aside from the cockpit, the guns also have propellers near their barrels.
If you have the gun equipped, you can actually see the propellers turning. Taking a closer look at it, our favorite Valorant Agents are the ones manning the aircraft-turned-gun.

Bundle and individual skin price
With the Altitude bundle now available in Valorant’s in-game Store, it costs players 5,100 Valorant Points to get everything included. Here is what you get for purchasing the entire bundle:
- Altitude brass knuckle knife
- Altitude Sheriff
- Altitude Bucky
- Altitude Vandal
- Altitude Odin
- ‘Remove Before Flight’ Gun Buddy x2
If you plan on individually purchasing the guns from this skin collection, it will cost you 1,275 VP. As for the brass knuckle knife skin, it costs only 2,550. Sadly, it doesn’t have any special features aside from looking very, very cool. The gun buddy costs 475 VP for 2.

Is it worth it?
Every time Valorant releases a new skin collection, this is the most common question asked by players all over. Is it worth it to buy the latest skin collection in Valorant? Similar to other bundles, the Altitude collection does not feature any special effects.
Aside from the propellers and the mini Agents in the cockpits, there are no other unlockable VFX/SFX for each gun skin in the Altitude bundle. It also belongs to the Deluxe category of skins in Valorant.
However, we absolutely love how Riot incorporated the Agents into the gun skins this time. Although there have been other gun skins which have distinctive features for particular Agents, the Altitude guns have the actual Agents as mini pilots on the guns.
- Viper pilots the Sheriff skin that is decked out in her signature colors.
- On the Bucky, we see Raze sitting comfortably in the pilot’s seat. Some of her abilities can also be found on this Altitude skin.
- Sova is the pilot for the Altitude Vandal that has a blue and white design that’s cool on the eyes. Some of Sova’s utilities are also found on the gun, like the Shock Dart symbol on the butt of the rifle.
- For the last skin in the Altitude bundle, Phoenix looks locked and loaded with his explosives.
It’s also worth mentioning that with the brass knuckle knife, you actually get to punch your enemies if you melee attack them. However, there are no other special effects for this melee skin.

Going back to the main question about the Altitude bundle, is it worth it? Honestly, some of the guns are worth buying but we just don’t think the entire bundle is worth it. If you’re after a good melee skin, then you’re better off purchasing the Battle Pass instead.

No hate on the Altitude bundle. We think the propellers and mini Agents are a nice touch, but really? No Finishers on this one, Riot? It’s what makes skins worth buying in the first place! Plus, they always seem to feature the same Agents in their Premium gun skins.
If there were more variations to the Altitude bundle, then it’s definitely worth it. Unfortunately, it’s going to be a no for us this time.
The Night Market is coming back
The Night Market is also coming back in Valorant on April 5, so it’s a good idea to save your Valorant Points in case there are amazing skins in your rotation. The limited-time Shop in Valorant starts on April 5 and ends on April 25, enough time for you to decide on whether you want to get any of the skins from the Altitude bundle or not.
