One of the best ways to purchase skins in Valorant is by looking for the best deals during the Night Market. Similar to the “Your Shop” feature in League, players in Valorant can buy special skins at discounted prices during this period. Here is everything you should know about the next scheduled Valorant Night Market this April, as well as the best skins that may possibly appear in your rotation. Stay with us!
The next Valorant Night Market starts on April 5, 2023
Now that we are in Episode 6 Act 2 of Valorant, it’s about time players got their hands on exclusive skins at discounted prices. The sale begins on April 5 and all the skins your account was able to roll will be available until April 25, 2023.

- Usually, Night Markets run for only 14 days. However, it seems Riot is feeling more generous with the six extra days they’ve given players to make up their minds about which skins to get.
- In every act, players have access to this limited-time shop. There are six different skins available for purchase during this period, and they don’t all necessarily belong to the same collection.
- The skins included in the Night Market cover every weapon available in the game, including melee weapons. However, Exclusive and Ultra Edition skins will never appear in a player’s rotation.

Players cannot choose which skin collections appear in their rotation
As far as we know, Riot has not given Valorant players the option to choose the skins that will appear in their Night Market selection. Needless to say, there have been stories about players reaching out to Riot themselves and making special requests. But for the most part, it’s really up to the RNG gods on what kind of skins you will get during the Night Market.
The good news is Riot has actually addressed complaints regarding how bad the RNG was for the Night Market. As a solution, they have implemented a ‘Bad Luck Protection’ system in the exclusive sale. This system is there to make sure players have at least one or two skins they’d like to purchase during the Night Market.
Best skins to get during the Night Market in Valorant
For this Act’s Night Market, weapons from two skin collections will not be included in the pool. Sadly, the latest Oni 2.0 bundle (Vandal, Bulldog, Ares, Frenzy, and Katana) have no chance of appearing in any player’s Night Market for now. The same goes for the Altitude bundle that has only been available in the Store recently. Both bundles are going to be available in Night Markets starting from Episode 7 Act 1.
Nonetheless, if you see any of these skins in your Night Market, then we highly suggest you cop them. Here are some of the best skins right now in Valorant.
Prime
Let’s face it, any gun from both Prime collections are a sure buy. The sleek and aesthetic design of both Prime versions are one of the main reasons we love this skin collection in Valorant.
- A lot of players also desire this skin as it makes anyone holding it look classy and professional.
- The effects on Prime guns are also easy on both the eyes and ears. They don’t distract players holding them (yes, we’re looking at you, Elderflame!) and its Finisher is so satisfying if you manage to get the last kill in a round.
- If the Prime Phantom and Vandal appear in your Night Market rotation, there should be little to no hesitation on your part. Trust us, it’s a certified aimbot.

Xenohunter Knife
This is one of the most sought-after melee skins in Valorant. Any player who manages to have this skin in their Night Market should not think twice before buying it. We’re pretty sure that some of the streamers you’ve watched always have this knife equipped. That’s because it’s one of the best melee skins in the game.
- The Xenohunter Knife has different effects once you upgrade it to Level 2.
- After spending a small amount of Radianite Points, you have access to new effects. Our favorite is the inspect animation because of the satisfying whooshing sounds the knife makes.
Magepunk
Call us biased but the Magepunk collection is one of the prettiest skins we’ve seen in Valorant so far. If you’re a fan of steampunk designs, then you’re sure to appreciate the Magepunk skins in Valorant.
- Some of our favorite guns from this collection are the Sheriff, Ghost, and Operator.
- Like the Prime skin collection, this one is not too distracting that you accidentally throw your games. Aside from being very pretty to look at, everything about guns with this skin is just pleasant.
- We still have our fingers crossed for either a Magepunk Vandal or Phantom, Riot!

Reaver
Any Valorant player would be a fool not to have a Reaver skin in their collection. Although we are not big fans of the melee skins included with both collections, the Reaver is just a pretty sight to look at, isn’t it?
- This is one of the most popular skin collections in Valorant. Even though you may not have this skin in your collection yet, we’re sure one of your friends has it.
- Shooting with a Reaver weapon and then reloading is one of our favorite things to do. The sound effects that play when you reload? Chef’s kiss.
- Personally, we already have the Reaver Phantom but if given the chance, we would love to get our hands on the Reaver Vandal, too.
- If you’re an Omen main, then this is the only skin collection you’ll ever need in Valorant.
Ion
For the last collection on our list of best skins to get in Valorant’s Night Market, you were probably expecting the Oni collection, weren’t you? It’s a surprise to us as well, but ever since we got our hands on an Ion Vandal, something inside us changed.
- Once we picked up the Ion Vandal, frags just started dropping left and right around us. Although the first Ion rifle was the Phantom, our personal favorite is the Vandal. The skin just magically gave us instant aimbot in Valorant and since then, nothing has been the same.
- The Ion Operator is also a crowd favorite. It’s easy to see why given the Ion collection’s sleek and minimalist design. All of the effects on this collection are satisfying beyond words, but our favorite is the Finisher.
- Depending on what variant you have equipped, the orb’s colors from the Finisher matches your skin.

The Night Market in Valorant is a great way to expand your collection
If you’re only starting to collect skins in Valorant, buying skins during the Night Market is a great idea. Every time it comes around in Valorant, you have the opportunity to choose from a variety of skins. This is also a great way to spend less on Premium skins if you want your guns to have Finishers.
Aside from that, there is also the cheaper option of purchasing the Battle Pass for the current Act. For only 1,000 Valorant Points, you will receive different kinds of rewards as you keep on playing.
