Wasteland 3 Will Start Its Alpha At The End Of August

Wasteland 3 is the third edition of the series currently being created by inXile Entertainment. Production does not have an official release date but is expected to appear next year on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

If you supported the game in a crowdfunding collection at Fig with a minimum of $75, you will have the opportunity to play the Wasteland 3 alpha version on August 21 at Steam. The developers point out that this is an early version, which will have a few reservations – each element of the game is largely in progress. InXile wants to collect as much feedback as possible, and although the authors aimed at creating a stable version, one should expect errors or performance drops.

Fortunately, it all does not end there. According to the developers, there will be a second demo later that will be distributed among all the backers, and those interested in paying for an “early access” of the game on Steam and probably also Xbox One.

The alpha will be focused on combat. Although we can enjoy the main elements of combat, there will be certain things that inXile Entertainment will not make available to players, such as the skills menu or multiplayer.

We look forward to hearing the first impressions of the players of the new installment of Wasteland.
