  • She served in prison for crimes connected to a credit card scam before 2019. During the pandemic, Miller relocated to Miami. The police believed she had rented a Jaguar and taken $8,000 from a person’s account before she was again arrested.
  • The authorities found three different Illinois driver’s licenses with Miller’s picture. According to the police, she also had matching credit cards, six cell phones, and $25,000 in cash.
  • In one outrageous case, according to the authorities, she flew from Florida to California on a Gulfstream private jet using a forged license in the name of a victim from Massachusetts and stayed in a luxurious hotel there.

  • Danielle was indicted in the summer of 2021 on three counts of wire fraud and two counts of aggravated identity theft. The worst part of the whole situation, though, is that she used the entire money and the COVID relief payments to sustain her shopping habits by buying designer goods, booking expensive hotel stays, and flight tickets.
  • Furthermore, Miller obtained loans from the federal government given out due to the COVID pandemic between July 2020 and May 2021. She managed to do this by using false business names and other people’s personal identification and information.

According to a news release from the US Attorney’s Office, “Miller posted her extravagant use of the fraud proceeds and stolen identities, publicizing her purchasing of luxury goods and renting of luxury accommodations.”

  • The court and the authorities then put the native of New York under house arrest while she awaited trial. In October 2022, a Sarasota court sentenced her to five years in prison for the initial identity theft case from 2020 as a result of her guilty plea.

In March 2023, Miller admitted to illegally securing financing for the recent COVID-19 pandemic, totalling more than $1 million. This is due to these numerous counts of wire fraud and aggravated identity theft.

  • The “Swiffer Girl” currently faces a combined 30 years in prison. Moreover, the authorities have set her sentencing for June 27, 2023.
