Meows Morales has captured the hearts of fans of Spider-Man and Miles Morales with its furry charms on social media. Following the box-office success of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, the interest in variations of the Spider-hero movies grew significantly.
The film introduces many of the Spider-Man variants bringing them from comic books, video games, and everywhere else possible, which made fans curious to discover more Spidey variants. In this growing trend, a new feline has caught the attention of Spider-Man fans, Meows Morales.

The Meows Morales is a Miles Morales variant that is a talking cat. Fans who are fascinated with the furry hero published their fan-arts on social media. The Meows Morales wears the signature black Spider-Man costume of Miles Morales, along with a matching green hoodie jacket, shorts, and sneakers.
The Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse (2024) features many cameos from beloved characters. Following the trend of Meows Morales, there are chances of it making a brief cameo in the upcoming Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse (2024) movie, which the audiences will appreciate wholeheartedly.

Other variants featured in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has established that there is a spider variant for everything, including cars, monkeys, cats, horses, and even dinosaurs. Out of the plenty, some variants are kind of bizarre, nevertheless fun to discover in the film.

One such Spidey is Pter Ptarker, better known as Spider-Rex, who is a Tyrannosaurus Rex with the abilities of Spider-Man. In the 2023 film, the Spider-Rex appears in a chase scene, while in the comic, he comes from Earth-66.
- The film also features Spider-Mobile, a car that is a Spider-Man itself instead of just a vehicle. The film includes LEGO Spider-Man, Spider-Man Tsum Tsum, Spider-Cat, Spider-Byte (she also had a moment with Miles Morales in the film), and Web Slinger with Widow.
- Across the Spider-Verse featured a cameo from Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man in a flashback sequence that was a pleasant surprise. Fans wondered whether Tom Holland would make a cameo in the movie, but unfortunately, he didn’t.
Sony is going to release two new Spider-Man Universe movies
As per Comicbook, Sony Pictures confirmed the release dates of two movies. The upcoming projects are untitled collaborations between Sony and Marvel, and both will screen in IMAX.
- The first film will release on November 8, 2024, a date that was previously reserved for Deadpool 3, which was later moved up to release this week. The second unnamed project will release on June 27, 2025, and will be a live-action.

The first untitled project is possibly an expansion of the Spider-Man Universe. In case of delays from its current release date of March 29, 2024, the upcoming Spider-Man: Beyond The Spider-Verse could be the November 2024 movie. Another possibility is El Muerto, the film announced to release in January 2024, but there is no news regarding the progress of its production.
- Furthermore, other movie possibilities are Venom 3 (starring Tom Hardy, Juno Temple, and Chiwetel Ejiofor) or Tom Holland’s highly-anticipated Spider-Man 4.
