About One Ok Rock

One Ok Rock is a Japanese rock band since 2007 with their debut song ‘Naihishinsho’. There are 4 members in the band which are Taka (Vocalist), Toru (Guitarist), Ryota (Bassist), and Tomoya (Drummer). In addition, their ages range from 33 to 35 years old.

They are one of the famous Japanese rock bands. As the group has done several tours in different countries worldwide. One of their top tour experience is having a two-day concert at the Tokyo Dome. The Tokyo Dome has a total of 55,000 capacity and to have a two-day concert there is insane.

Thoughts of One Ok Rock about their collaboration with Sonic Frontiers

Taka, the vocalist of the band shared about their collaboration. He said, “We partnered with SEGA on Sonic Frontiers because we relate to Sonic and how he’s taken on the world after getting his start in Japan.”

He also expressed their happiness with this project, “So we are extremely happy to be able to work with the world-renowned Sonic.”

Lastly, he said, “This collaborative song, ‘Vandalize,’ is very upbeat and has some Japanese-inspired melodies while also sounding like a ONE OK ROCK song. It also matches the cool image of Sonic and his speed when he’s running, so please enjoy ‘Vandalize’ along with Sonic as he speeds across Sonic Frontiers.”
