Wild Rift has seen the introduction of two new champions along with the release of the Netflix animated series Arcane. In an effort to promote the show, characters that are related to the game, such as champions like Jayce and Caitlyn have been added to game.
Jayce can play the role of a marksman as well as a fighter and is used in the top and middle lane, while Caitlyn is a marksman and is played in the bottom lane. Along with the characters, their skins, Jayce Brighthammer and Headhunter Caitlyn will also be introduced to the game.
- There are two ways to get the characters in the game. One is to simply buy them from the in-game store, where each of them will cost 725 Wild Cores or 5500 Blue Mores.
- The second option is the more interesting one, and that is the focus of this article.
Hextech Heist is a new event in the game, which takes players to a different storyline in which Jayce’s watch gets stolen. He enlists Caitlyn’s help to find the watch and the thief. Players will have to complete a series of tasks to complete the event, which will lead to rewards.
The event started on the 9th and lasts till the 27th of November.

Players will have to search the map for clues. Investigation points, which can be obtained by completing missions, will help players in finding the clues. When players get 20 clues, they can accuse any champion of being the thief but will have to continue the process until the real thief is found. The event takes place over two weeks.

When players complete these tasks, they will unlock rewards in addition to receiving either Jayce or Caitlyn in the Hextech Heist Champion Selection Chest. Therefore, if players want to have both characters, they will have to buy one character. The skins are also only available in the in-game store and are not part of the rewards for the event.
