Cyberpunk 2077 by CD Projekt Red is one of the Easter eggs in Dying Light 2. The Cyber Hands 2177 is a special weapon inspired by the infamous Mantis Blades from CD Projekt Red.
Players must climb to the top of the tallest structure in the Central Loop’s Garrison. This is where players receive the Cyber Hands 2177. The VNC Tower is the name of that building and there is an easy way to reach its roof.
Complete The Broadcast Story Mission
After completing the Broadcast story mission in Dying Light 2, there is an elevator on the first floor of the VNC Tower that players can use to reach the top of the skyscraper.

Players should head to the southwest edge of the VNC Tower’s roof and use their gliders. The plan is to reach the tall antenna at the top of the building. After that, players should climb up the ducts on the roof’s south side. And glide to the top of the building in front of them. Players will receive the Cyber Hands 2177 blueprint from a nearby container after speaking with an NPC named Liquidator, who should be standing at the southeast corner of this roof.
Other players claim they haven’t seen Liquidator in this location and hence haven’t been able to find the Easter egg. There is some confirmation that the NPC does not appear after completing the narrative in Dying Light 2. If a player discovers that Liquidator is not where he should be, they should just return after completing other quests, especially on the main storyline.
