Dung Eater can be found at the Roundtable Hold in Lyndell, Royal Capital. Check the room next to the Twin Maiden Husks and it should be unlocked. Walk into the room and you’ll find Dung Eater’s apparition. However, you need Seedbed Curse to start his side quest.

Give the first Seedbed Curse to Dung Eater to get the Sewer-Gaol Key. Once you have this item, you can unlock the sewer underneath Lyndell, Royal Capital.

Sewer-Gaol Location

Go to the Balcony Site of Grace in the capital. Once you’re there, make your way down the steps, turn left, and jump to the balcony. There you’ll find a well you can jump into. Keep going straight until you reach a staircase but instead of going down, go through the door. Keep pushing ahead until you see an open grate to your left.

Drop down and go left until you reach the ladder. The rats are too slow to follow you but the plants you’ll encounter are poisonous so be careful.

Climb the ladder once you reach it and you’ll find yourself in a room. A giant hand will appear from the ground so you want to head for the cell on the right. Finally, you’ll find Dung Eater in there who asks who you are.
