Elden Ring: Top 10 Best Catacombs Ranked

These classic sites may still be found in Elden Ring, and with so many catacombs to select from, it’s difficult to pick the best. Our list is as follows:

CATACOMBS

DETAILS

Yelough Anix Tunnel

  • The Consecrated Snowfield, towards the endgame of Elden Ring, contains Yelough Anix Cave. This is a one-of-a-kind tomb with the look of a frozen quarry.
  • The ice walls are very constricting, which is made worse by the possibility of foes lurking around. Astel from the Ranni questline is the boss here with an enhanced attack.

Fringefolk Hero’s Grave

  • One of the first catacombs you’ll come across is the Fringefolk Hero’s Grave which requires two Stonesword Keys to access. It’s right after the training cave.
  • The location contains some powerful weaponry as well as a Golden Seed. Chariots will one-hit low-level characters.
  • It’s not recommended for first-time visitors because of the chariot and Ulcerated Tree Spirit boss.

Gelmir Hero’s Grave

  • Gelmir Hero’s Grave is well-known because you’re sort of encouraged to think outside the box here, as riding the death chariots appears to be the only method to get around this site.
  • In Gelmir Hero’s grave, you can obtain two gorgeous armor sets, which are excellent rewards.

Giant-Conquering Hero’s Grave

  • To visit Giant-Conquering Hero’s Grave, you must finish the majority of the Mountaintops of the Giants section. The opponents are indestructible until they enter the rings of light spread throughout the tomb.
  • You will eventually encounter a giant. It’s up to you to figure out how to solve the challenge. Best of luck!

Gaol Cave

  • To get to the boss, you must first free all of the locked cells in Gaol Cave. Gaol Cave is complex, which includes several looping passageways and rooms to which you must return after unlocking the prison cells in the cave.
  • Be careful since many of the prison cells contain nasty foes.

Sellia Crystal Tunnel

  • The Sellia Crystal Tunnel can be found by teleporting to it from a teleportation chest in Limgrave’s early regions. You must discover a strategy to arrive at the site of grace as quickly as possible.

War-Dead Catacombs

  • The War-Dead Catacombs are in Caelid and you can only access them after you’ve defeated Starscourge Radahn. The War-Dead Catacombs can be found to the north.
  • This catacomb is difficult to clear. Many players take the opportunity of this area by turning it into a Rune farming location.

Black Knife Catacombs

  • To reach the higher section in the Black Knife Catacombs, you must ride up one of the trap guillotines.
  • There is a battle vs a Black Knife Assassin inside, hidden inside an imaginary wall. Inside, there is a second boss encounter and you will be awarded a rare Deathroot.

Auriza Side Tomb

  • Auriza Hero’s Grave is quite the challenge. In Auriza Hero’s Grave, there’s a problem in which you can use a chariot to demolish all of the guarding ones.
  • The Tree Sentinel armor set is a magnificent bonus for this accomplishment. In addition, the tomb contains a difficult double boss battle. To obtain the gear, you must defeat two Crucible Knights at the end of the tomb.

Leyndell Catacombs

  • The Leyndell Catacombs is one of Elden Ring’s most inventive dungeon concepts. The entire facility is a crazy and thought maze with a series of parallel tiers of the very same design.
  • This catacomb is quite extensive, so you’ll be investing quite a ton of effort sweeping it out.
  • Understanding the clone floors’ mystery is worth the visit and the most significant reward is a talisman.

CATACOMBS

DETAILS

Abandoned Cave

  • Due to the strong opponents and unique terrain, Caelid is one of Elden Rings’ most memorable zones. Normally, tunnels have a simple appearance, but the Abandoned Cave amplifies several of Caelid’s characteristics, making cleaning this catacomb very enjoyable.
  • It’s a good idea to load up on boluses ahead of time. This scarlet rot is also inflicted by the boss. Golden Scarab talisman is what you get for slaying them and is well worth the effort.

Sellia Hideaway

  • This catacomb is likewise in the Caelid area, behind the Church of the Plague site of grace, and is concealed in an imaginary wall. This catacomb contains a lot of false walls.
  • A challenge awaits you as you progress further into Sellia Hideaway. This area’s boss is pretty difficult as well, so proceed with caution and patience.

Deathtouched Catacombs

  • This dungeon sets the tone for what to anticipate in similar environments. The Deathtouched Catacombs are a convenient location just off Stormhill’s main road, and it’s also significant since that is where you can get an Uchigatana.
  • The concealed lever mechanic in the catacomb also shows how things function in settings like these.
