Genshin Impact is filled with World Quests you can take on as you further explore a region in Teyvat. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to active mechanisms for the Relics of Seirai world quest in Genshin Impact.

How to unlock Relics of Seirai quest

This quest starts when you encounter a woman being attacked by Hilichurls somewhere on Seirai Island in Inazuma. To get to this area, look for the Statue of Seven on Seirai Island. She should be near this area.

After rescuing her from the Hilichurls, you find out her name is Fujiwara Toshiko. Then, talk to her to start the quest.

But before completing the Relics of Seirai world quest, it’s highly recommended for Travelers to finish the Seirai Stormchasers quest first. This is so you can get rid of the balethunder and lightning storm on Seirai Island which can make exploring the area difficult.

How to complete Relics of Seirai quest in Genshin Impact

Activate the first mechanism outside the house

Once you are ready to start the quest, look at the Treasure Map obtained after talking to Fujiwara Toshiko. On the lower right part of the map, there is a clue in solving the puzzle. First, go to the switch beside Fujiwara Toshiko and activate it. Then, follow the order of the symbols when stepping on the panels.

After doing all of that, a cutscene will play and a hole on the floor will appear.

Jump down where you will see Fujiwara Toshiko standing before another puzzle mechanism.

Second Mechanism

By following the pattern in the treasure map, you will successfully complete the puzzle. However, this mechanism is different since it requires you to step on more panels compared to earlier.

Third Mechanism

After completing the puzzle, the floor panels will change again and you have to follow a new pattern. However, you still need to follow the clue on the treasure map by stepping on the symbols in order while making sure it’s in one continuous line.

Finally, the Common Chest in the basement is now unlocked. But much to Fujiwara Toshiko’s disappointment, she only retrieves a picture from inside it. To pay you for your time, she invites you back to her camp.

But along the way, Treasure Hoarders, Samurais, and even the Fatui block your way.

After defeating all of them, you finally arrive at her camp and she gives you a reward in exchange for your time and help.
