June 2021 granted all of Team GO Rocket’s revamped Pokemon lineup. Cliff is, to no surprise, is among them. Nevertheless, he’s still as difficult to deal with as he’s always been.

Firstly, he always uses Seedot as the main Pokémon. You can battle with one of these Pokémon at random:
