Many new regional Hisuian forms were introduced in Pokémon Legends: Arceus. The Gen VI Ice-Type Bergmite’s final form is a fresh new Hisuian evolution. Trainers will encounter Hisuian Avalugg as one of the Noble Pokémon as they travel through the main story. Players may add this Ice/Rock-Type Pokémon to their Pokédex by evolving Bergmite.
Trainers can also catch a Hisuian Avalugg in the wild, but it doesn’t always spawn. Evolving a Bergmite can make adding this new Hisuian form to the Pokédex a lot easier.
This is a common Pokémon that can be found in the Alabaster Icelands area of Pokémon Legends: Arceus in a variety of settings. Bergmite is most common in the Avalugg’s Legacy sector of the map. This is where players can discover it near the massive pillar of ice where they confront Gaeric during “The Slumbering Lord of the Tundra” Story Mission.
When this friendly Pokémon notices people approaching, it will not attack or flee, making it simple to approach it and throw a Poké Ball, though Bergmite may attack if it becomes agitated.
Hisuian Avalugg has no unique evolution requirements and can be leveled instead. Trainers must just train their Bergmite to level 37 before it can transform into Hisuian Avalugg.
Bergmite is vulnerable to Fighting, Rock, Steel, and Fire-Type moves as an Ice-Type, but it is immune to Ice-Type attacks. The Ice/Rock-Type of Hisuian Avalugg makes it vulnerable to Fighting, Steel, Rock, Ground, Water, and Grass-Types while being resistant to Ice, Normal, Flying, and Poison-Types.
While Hisuian Avalugg’s low Special Defense makes him susceptible in battle, his strong HP and Attack make him a tank of a physical Attacker who can take a lot of damage.
How To Evolve
Trainers only need to train a Bergmite until it reaches level 37 in order for it to develop. Bergmite in Pokémon Legends: Arceus’ Alabaster Icelands area is normally around level 30. It won’t be long before Bergmite transforms into Hisuian Avalugg.
Trainers can hasten the leveling process by giving Bergmite Rare Candies and Exp to their Bergmites. Players can obtain candies through completing Requests and defeating Alpha Pokémon. You can also purchase them at Jubilife Village.
