Where to Find Munchlax

  • The Obsidian Fieldlands near Deertrack Heights is the first place you should look for Munchlax. To reach Deertrack Heights the quickest route is to fly to Height Camps and then proceed east till you reach it.
  • The next place to look for Munchlax is Alabaster Icelands, located south of the Snowfall Hot Spring. You may also employ methods to speed up the spawn rates of Pokemon, including Munchlax.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Because Munchlax is prone to fleeing if surprised, try to be on the lookout for it. You may also use a widespread outbreak to increase their chances of obtaining it.

Best Spots

In order to get a Munchlax as soon as possible, we recommend concentrating on Deertrack Heights, particularly the western portion bordering Deertrack Path and Windswept Run. Although this area may or may not be the most rewarding in your search. There’s a good chance you’ll come across a Munchlax when Kricketune, Starly, and Geodude are out and about.

On the other hand, Alabaster Icelands host a higher-leveled Munchlax. Players report catching Levels 6-10. So if you want to catch a higher level Muchlax, this area is your go-to.
